This little house located in the heart of Cozumel is a nice home away from home for your vacation fun. It is located on 35th Avenue between 8th and 10th Streets.
The main house has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with one bathroom. The main bedroom has a standard bed. The second bedroom has two twin size beds.
The cottage in the back includes two bedrooms with one bathroom. Each bedroom has two individual size bed.
In between the main house and the cottage is a lovely patio. There is a large shaded area with Mexican-style concrete patio funriture. The grass area is complimented by a little water fountain, and lots of tropical plants including bougainvillia, coconut trees, and other native trees. It's refreshing to sit in the patio listening to the sound of the water fountain and enjoying the aroma of the naturally blooming tropical flowers.
The decor is simple in style. The owner displays her exotic mask collection and her colorful hand-embroidered pillows from around the world in the living room. The dining room comfortably sits eight people.
There is a phone in this fully air-conditioned home. The area is perfect for Mexican living with a grocery store just three blocks away. It takes ten minutes to walk to the downtown area, where you can find anything you need.
Casa Patio offers you simple Mexican living with a special touch in the patio. Great for family fun!!!
