Villa Caribe is one of Cozumel's most unique homes. Located in the heart of the downtown area, the property is surrounded by a high 9 foot tall cement wall. Inside these confines lies an oasis of exotic tropical plants, and a unique home that guests of Cozumel will enjoy. It is within walking distance of almost everything; three blocks from the town square, five blocks from the beach area, three blocks from a movie theatre, two blocks from a grocery store, and offers great restaurants in all directions.
The Casita Caribe is a separate guest house within the property's walls. It has 2 rooms, and 1 bathroom. The street side room is a living/kitchenette room with cable tv and a sofa with a bar area. The garden facing room is the bedroom with a king size bed. There is a glass door overlooking the gardens. The pathway leads guest to the pool area and patios that are available.
