The island of Cozumel
The lower photo shows Cozumel, as it is situated to true north. The northern half of the island, is swampland. Developers worked hard to create a beautiful world class golf course in the northern swamps. Private residences, and hotels have expandd on the coastline, along the northern half. The right side of the island has rolling waves, and hardly any development. There are a few really cool beach clubs to enjoy a fresh seafood lunch, cold beers, and a breathtaking view.
