Exquisitely appointed — and ideally suited for the family — this home features a hand-painted Spanish tile kitchen. The floors are genuine adobe tile, laid and spaced in the grand hacienda fashion. Each of the master bedrooms has a king-size bed, and furnishings of warm, stressed wood in natural tones. There is a two-person jacuzzi in one of the master suites. Complete light-blocking curtains help with sleeping in or taking a relaxing mid-day siesta.

One of the guest bedrooms has a king size bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The views from each of these bedrooms is of the tropical green jungles of Cozumel. The decor is warm and inviting in each of these.

The Homeowners Association of Puesta Del Sol Phase II have declared it a non-smoking building.There are no barbecue facilities in Phase II and we have been asked not to allow any kind of barbecuing on patios or common areas.
