This spacious four-bedroom, fully air-conditioned beachfront home
is designed to take maximum advantage of its site to present a spectacular
view and to catch the cooling northern breezes from the Caribbean Sea that
are typical of Cozumel. The cool tones of the sea and sky are carried through
Villa Azul in the furnishings and the blue tile.
Living area of Villa Azul
The first floor features a spacious entryway leading to the large
living and dining area overlooking the beach and the sea. On the same
level are the kitchen), a veranda on the beach, a bedroom with queen-size
bed and full bathroom, and a half bath.
As you may have expected, one will see decor in the Villa Azul that features
shades of blue in the tile through out, bringing the colors of the sea and
sky inside.

Villa Azul is a 2-story property with the living room, dining room, 1/2
bath and a large kitchen on the first floor. You enter the villa into a large
foyer through a wide wooden door featuring decorative leaded glass windows.
The roomy L-shaped living and dining areas have superb views of the ocean.
Sliding glass doors offer entrance to the oceanside pool and patio areas.
Directly behind the dining area is a large, fully equipped kitchen with
all that you need to prepare everything from complete meals to simple snacks.
Or, if you prefer to be pampered, let us arrange for a cook to come in and
prepare your meals for you.
Master #1 - This comfortable room, located on the second level, comes
equipped with a king bed, a full bath, and a private balcony that overlooks
the ocean.
Master #2 - This room is located on the first level and comes with king
sized bed and a 3/4 bath.
Bedroom #3 - This bedroom is on the second level and comes with two twin beds and a private bath. There is a door that goes into the 4th bedroom, but there is private access via a balcony to the 4th bedroom to preserve your privacy.
Bedroom #4 - This room comes with two twin beds and a private bath. There
is a private balcony for this room which allows access to the rest of the
house.

The beach on this side of the island is wide and unpopulated. Being one of the last homes north of the hotel area, few beach walkers pass by. The waters are calm.
The location is approximately 300 yards north of the Melia Mayan
Plaza Hotel, which offers shops, restaurants, windsurfing, and jet-ski
rental. Since the house is off the main road, you may want to rent a car.
This beach has come to be known as Kite Beach. This new sport is
quickly bringing Cozumel to one of its top destinations. Guests who
are interested in watching or taking a lesson and learning, only need to walk
down the beach. Better yet, you can book in advance. Your instructor
and school are right outside.
Villa Azul offers casual atmosphere with the features most requested in

Nestled amidst tropical palms and flowering plants, the Villa is located on a generous size lot with attractive front garden area. On the ocean side, the Villa Azul has a spacious outdoor patio with large swimming pool. Sliding patio doors from the living and dining areas provide convenient access to the outdoor living area. For your convenience you will find an outdoor shower and dive gear rinse tank. Just beyond the pool is the beach and the brilliant blue water of the Caribbean.
