Palmas Reales is one of Cozumel´s most beautiful condos, located in the northern hotel zone. As Cozumel´s tallest building, it offers an ocean-side swimming pool and a great reef system to snorkel. There is a small man-made beach and patio furniture for your comfort.

This condo is especially designed for handicapped accessibility and access. All the doors are wide enough for a standard wheelchair. There are no stairs and it is located on the first floor.
There is a spacious living area that offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a rustic desk study corner. There is an additional round table to complement the bar area so that anyone in a wheel chair has access to the bar´s eating area.
A king-size bed, dresser, and sitting area in the master bedroom overlook the pool area and blue Caribbean waters. There is a lift system over the king bed to assist getting in and out of bed easily. The master bathroom is equipped with bars in the shower and toilet area to allow easy access. The master sink and vanity have an open undercounter space to allow wheelchair access as well. There is no door impeding the access of the wheelchair and the room is extra large.

The additional bedroom has a standard size side bed for two people. There is a day bed with pull-out bed underneath for an additional two people in the second bedroom. A full bathroom with shower is located nearby.
