Casa
Tres of Las Villas Mar y Sol Townhouse-(formerly Villa Delfin)
|
|

Villa Delfin is the town house in the middle, directly behind the palm
tree.
Villa El Delfin is one of the five townhouses that make up
Las Villas Mar y Sol. Its patio adjoins that of La Sirena's, which
makes the pair perfect for large families. The floor plans are very
similar.
The patio and pool area have a dividing wall between the two
homes.
This wall provides privacy for each home along the patio area.
The pool is shared as well, with the dividing wall separating the main
parts of the pool, with the underwater seating area, providing privacy.
The living room has comfortable feather stuffed furniture and has
cable tv for your English enjoyment.
The dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a
half-bath off the entrance hall. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to
the second floor.
Delfin dining room with seating for six.
Kitchen has been updated and is fully
equipped
El Delfin has four bedrooms three and a half baths in total. There are three bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor and a fourth bedroom and bath on the third floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a king-size bed, private bath, and a balcony. The second oceanfront bedroom with two single beds has a balcony. The third second-floor bedroom has one king size bed that can sleep two guests, and a trundle bed (Single bed with another single that slides out from underneath) that sleeps two more guests . The third-floor bedroom has twin beds and a bath.

Delfin's Street side entrance.
La Cabana, the optional guests house is behind the trio-trunk royal
palm tree.
Villa
Delfin's Master Bedroom has a king size bed, private dressing area and
bathroom.
Second Beachfront Bedroom
Villa Delfin's third-Floor Bedroom has bathroom area within the
room.
The two single beds sleep two guests. The bathroom is located in the mirrored area as seen here.
These homes are located on the San Juan Beach, in between the Melia
Paradissus and Cozumeleno Hotels.
View to the south in front of house allows sight of
cruise ships arriving and departing the island.
Villa Delfin now features a new shared swimming pool! There are
lounge chairs for the yard, or beach area. (Villa Ballena pool in
background).
The Cabana's pathway from its front door to the beach area is
between these
two buildings.
The Cabana rents separately. This door is the first one you
see on the left (by the rock wall),
Sirena entrance is where you see the patio on the left, and La Ballena
is the door on the yellow building. The closeness of La Cabana to
either Sirena or Ballena is convenient. It allows the guests in
this home easy access to either house as well as provides additional
privacy
for the guest house's occupants.
There is a small wall that separates a section of the pool area
and patio area that is shared between Villa Sirena and Villa Delfin
(see
photo). This provides visual privacy. The pink part of this
partician can be opened if both sides are rented to the same party.
